The self-contained Holiday Home is separate from the Bed & Breakfast, fully furnished and equipped including linen for you to just get away and enjoy the peaceful park-like surroundings and private indoor/outdoor living. Open-plan kitchen, dining room area into lounge with the comforts of TV, DVD and stereo. With 3 bedrooms we can accommodate different sleeping combinations depending on your needs.

Minimum Stay
Bookings taken for the peak season (26th December to 9th January) are for a minimum of 7 nights, unless there is a gap that can be filled. Anniversary, Easter, Queen's Birthday and Labour Weekend - a minimum booking of 3 nights is required. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for weekend bookings throughout the year.
Additional People
The Holiday Home sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Should you wish to have an extra person stay, this must be advised prior to arrival. A charge of $25 per additional person per night will apply.
On Departure
The Holiday Home is to be left clean and tidy as you found it. Cleaning products are supplied.
Optional
After a great holiday, who wants to spend the time cleaning? On vacating the Holiday Home you may like to consider a cleaner, this is optional at a charge of $120.
Winter Long Stay
The Holiday Home is available for rent from Easter Weekend through to Labour Weekend for a maximum of 6 people. Tariff from $400 per week. Bond and rent in advance applies. Monthly power, gas and water charges are applicable.

Policies for B&B and Holiday Home
Payments
Reservations will be accepted with a credit card guarantee. Credit cards accepted are VISA, Bankcard, MasterCard. NO EFTPOS AVAILABLE. One nights accommodation may be taken as a deposit (outside of peak season) with the remaining accommodation charges paid at time of check-in. All other charges incurred during your stay will be payable on departure.
Peak Season/Long Weekend Payments (minimum stay period applies)
Peak season bookings are to be secured by a 50% deposit at time of reservation with the remaining charges paid at time of check-in. A bond for the Holiday Home may apply.
Cancellations and Refunds
Due to our unique and relatively small business, any cancellation or no-show effects us greatly. We will do our best to accommodate any changes but without reasonable notice, a cancellation fee will be applicable. No refunds are given if you decide to cut your holiday short.
Peak Season/Long Weekend Cancellations
100% forfeiture of deposit
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is at 10am. An inspection of the Holiday Home will take place prior to departure.
Damages
Management reserves the right to claim the cost of any damage to property that may have been incurred during your stay. Should the damage be severe enough to require an insurance claim, an excess of $500.00 plus gst will be charged.
